Gleisi attacks Michelle Bolsonaro: ‘Saint of the hollow stick’
“Companies financed Michelle Bolsonaro , the saint of the hollow stick”, said the president of the Workers’ Party (PT) and federal deputy for Paraná, Gleisi Hoffmann. The petista made the statement to the UOL portal , in an interview published this Sunday, 14.
Gleisi is referring to an investigation by the Federal Police, which investigates an alleged link between a supplier of the Development Company of the São Francisco and Parnaíba Valleys (Codevasf) and payments made from a credit card used by the former first lady.
“We are still going to see more illegal money for the Bolsonaros”, threatened Gleisi, adding that Congress should investigate the case. “It could be at the CPMI of the coup or propose a specific commission for this case. Then, I don’t know if Congress approves it.”
The defense of the Bolsonaro family denied that Codevasf resources have paid for the expenses of the former first lady. “Miss Michelle does not know this aide and is unaware that he has made payments to her,” said lawyer Fábio Wajngarten, former head of the Special Secretariat for Social Communication of the Federal Government.
